Branch is defined as an extension of the parent organization, which is set up at another location through which the company has the possibility to work on the territory and in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Serbia.

It has no separate legal standing and, therefore, it performs legal acts in the name of the parent organization.

The parent organization has unlimited responsibility for the obligations towards third parties connected with activities of the branch located in Serbia.

A branch can be established as a resolution of the assembly, of the associates or the general partners as long as it is in accordance with the instruments of incorporation or the company’s statute.
